About

I believe that life is art and that we are all the artists. Everyone has a story to tell whether it's through traditional forms of artistry like music, painting and poetry, or simply the way they live or through their work.

I am here to help people and businesses tell and share their stories using my skills as a graphic designer, digital strategist and my expertise in physical expression as a yoga teacher and martial artist.

After the fallout of the pandemic I wanted to get back to my roots as a creative and re-focused my attention on my own personal projects, such a writing a Fantasy Novel based with a Magic System based off Western Astrology and developing a "Better Social Network." This is when I transitioned from a passionate yoga student to an instructor. My specialty is mixing modalities and incorporating martial arts, Pilates and resistance training into a well-balanced practice focused on functional fitness and mindset.
Most of my early experience working in the digital space came from small start ups and local businesses. However, I began working for Microsoft's Developer Relations Production Team in 2018 doing digital strategy. During 2020, Microsoft leaned heavily on our Team for direction as the world pivoted to the digital space almost exclusively for connection.
After graduating from school, I worked various jobs in the film industry mainly as an intern and an assistant. The most notable was working for the President of Foreign Sales at Voltage Pictures. I From there, I began finding jobs in digital marketing and fine tuned my skills as a graphic designer and digital strategy.
I originally wanted to be a doctor like Dana Scully from the X-Files, but only lasted one year as a Biology Major at McGill University. I realized then I was a creative and transferred to Hofstra University to get by B.S. in Video/Television and Film Production. I went on to Columbia University to get my M.A. in Film Studies specializing in Theory and Criticism.
